The Employment Resource Center will be open to all unemployed residents who are actively enrolled in the God’s Visions, Inc. Transitional Housing Assistance Program. Our services will supplement the State of Maryland’s initiatives in assisting job seekers with viable resources to find sustainable employment.  Our Employment Resource Center will provide our residents with access to the computer lab and training, job search counseling and other job-related resources.

The resident community can participate in one-on-one consultations, mock interviews, resume/cover letter development, and hosted employer workshops.   Our program will include metro passes for those persons that need transportation assistance to the first set of interviews and/or job placement meetings.  As we continue to grow, we plan to establish a partnership with the Workforce Development Centers of the counties that we serve.
